Spredin is made by a very small team, and every message is read by someone who works on the app.

Email feedback@spredin.com. Bug reports, feature requests, "this is confusing", and "I moved a workbook across and something looked wrong" are all welcome — the last one especially.

From inside the app#

Help → Send feedback… writes the message for you and attaches a short summary of your setup: the Spredin version, your macOS version, your interface language, how many sheets and cells are open, and any recent error messages the app noticed. You can read the whole thing before you send it, and edit or delete any of it. It never includes your cells, but an error message can quote a formula — which is exactly why it's shown to you first.

That summary makes a real difference. Most reports we can't act on are the ones where we can't tell which version they came from.

Reporting something that went wrong#

The three things that help most:

1. What you were doing — the steps, roughly.
2. What you expected, and what happened instead.
3. Whether it happens every time, or just once.

If a specific file is involved and you're able to share it, that is the fastest possible route to a fix — but please don't send anything confidential. A small file that reproduces the problem is worth more than a big one that does.
